Five Years Old

Five (short!) years ago, we were blessed with our second child. He was a little guy..weighing in at 5lb. 12oz. I was convinced he was a girl, so he was a fun surprise!

I am so blessed to be the mom of this sweet child. He is 100% boy...loves legos and is starting to really like to play games. His favorite words are now "Guess what?...and guess what, Mommy?"

We are spending his birthday at home today. It's about 2 degees outside..so I didn't complain too much when our story time and YMCA activities were cancelled. He said he wants a chocolate chip cookie cake..so I think some baking is now on the schedule!
