Little Boys need projects to keep themselves busy, don't you think? Otherwise they're running around the house, jumping on the furniture, and banging up the woodwork with their racing matchbox cars. I'm really starting to notice that BigM needs to get outside and work off some energy.
So, hubby gathered up some scrap wood and nails and put BigM to work:
After a couple hours of pounding and banging around (and with a little assistance from Big Sis)..
He made a stool! He was extremely pleased!

I think this may be a summer of searching for things to keep him busy. Any ideas for 5 year old boys? Preferably things that don't take too much hands on time from mom? :)
